JAMMU, DECEMBER 03: I.D. Soni, State Chief Commissioner and M.M. Joshi, Commissioner, Bharat Scouts and Guides, J&K, met Governor Satya Pal Malik who is also Patron of the J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides, at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Soni apprised Governor about the ongoing programmes and future plans of the Organisation to strengthen Scouts and Guides movement in the State. They discussed with Governor about the requirements of adequate funds, a training Centre and positioning of the permanent staff in the office of the Organisation.
