Shopian, Nov 30: Kashmir’s youngest pallet victim Hiba Nisar was today provided cash assistance of Rs one lakh by the district administration Shopian.
Deputy Commissioner Shopian provided financial assistance of Rs one lakh to Hiba Nisar, daughter of Nisar Ahmad, resident of Kapran, Shopian, an official spokesman informed today.
The 18-month-old girl child was hit in the eye by pallets during a firing incident on November 25, 2018.
DC assured Hiba’s parents that government would provide the baby girl with all kind of support possible for her early recovery, the spokesman said.
