JAMMU, NOVEMBER 27: The J&K High Court Legal Services Committee is organizing National Lok Adalat on 8th December, 2018 at Jammu wing of High Court at 10 am.

Cases pertaining to Criminal Compoundable Offences, Electricity Dues, Water Bills, Matrimonial/Civil Disputes, Revenue cases pending in District Courts Baramulla, land acquisition, MACT cases, Labour dispute, in addition pre-litigation cases like bank recovery, NI act cases under section 138 and other Public Utility services shall be taken up for possible mutual/amicable settlement between the relevant parties.

Any person/litigant interested in settlement of his/her case/dispute through the Lok Adalat may approach with the title and number of the case before the Registry, High Court of J&K, Jammu wing/Front office Jammu wing of High Court by or before 28th November, 2018.

The Pre-Lok Adalat session in anticipation of National Lok Adalat shall be held on 04th December, 2018 Jammu at 10.00 A.M. at High Court Complex, Jammu.
