Srinagar, Nov 26: An Army soldier was wounded in sniper fire from across the Line of Control (LoC) in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday.
News agency GNS quoting a police officer reported that several rounds were fired from across the LoC at the posts of Army’s 17 JAKLI in Machhil around 1:05 pm.
A soldier, it said, was injured in the incident who was shifted to military hospital Drugmulla for treatment.
