Srinagar, Nov 26: President Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mehbooba Mufti on Monday has expressed grief and sorrow over the fire incident at  Ganjiwara area of Anantnag in which several houses and shops suffered damages in the fire.

Soon after the news about this tragic incident broke out, PDP President spoke to Deputy Commissioner Anantnag who appraised her about the situation on ground. She, as per  the party spokesman, asked DC Anantnag to  provide all necessary assistance to the affected families, adding the process may be expedited keeping in view the prevailing winter season.
