ISM holds mega medical camp in Pulwama town

Pulwama, Nov 21: In its initiative to raise health awareness among public, a free medical mega camp was organized on Wednesday by Indian System of Medicine (ISM) Ayush Ayurveda Yoga and Nautropathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy.

The medical campwas inaugurated by Medical Superintendent Pulwama, Ab Rashid Para, under the supervision of District Development Commissioner Pulwama.

Talking to Kashmir Images, an official said that a team of fifteen doctors were deputed to the camp for consulting the patients.

Assistant Medical officer ISM Pulwama, Dr Altaf said: “We organized this camp on the auspicious occasion of Eid-e- Milad and over five hundred patients visited our camp and free medicines were distributed among them.”

We have many dispensaries running at various villages in district Pulwama and I request people to visit these dispensaries and take good quality of care from expert and senior doctors, he said.
