Srinagar: Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik has expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Ghulam Hassan Maqdoomi, elder son in law of APHC (G) chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani.
A JKLF spokesman, in a statement issued here said that JKLF chairman along with JKLF zonal organizer Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri traveled to Dooru Sopore and participated in the funeral prayers of the deceased.
JKLF chairman met with the bereaved family and expressed condolences with them.
Terming the demise of late Maqdoomi as a huge loss for his family and well-wishers, JKLF chairman prayed for his heavenly abode. While expressing solidarity with Syed Ali Shah Geelani, JKLF chairman prayed for the Sabr-i-Jamil of the bereaved family.
