Legislator Ishfaq Jabbar calls on CS

JAMMU, NOVEMBER 8: MLA Ganderbal, Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar today called on the Chief Secretary, BVR Subrahmanyam and discussed the situation that has emerged due to recent unprecedented snowfall and rain in Kashmir which led to huge loss to the horticulture produce, agriculture and properties of people.

The MLA apprised the Chief Secretary about the damages caused to the apple crop and trees and urged for suitable compensation to the affected after conducting appropriate survey by a team of officers of Revenue Department.  He also presented a memorandum of demands of the area to the Chief Secretary.
