SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 23: Secretary (West) and High Commissioner designate to United Kingdom, Ruchi Ghanashyam, Tuesday called on Advisor to Governor B B Vyas.
The Advisor informed the diplomat about the initiatives being undertaken by the government for the benefit of people. The two sides also discussed development and security scenario of the State.
