SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 23: Secretary (West) and High Commissioner designate to United Kingdom, Ruchi Ghanashyam, Tuesday called on Advisor to Governor B B Vyas.
The Advisor informed the diplomat about the initiatives being undertaken by the government for the benefit of people. The two sides also discussed development and security scenario of the State.
Principal Secretary Finance, Navin Choudhary and Principal Secretary Planning and Development, Rohit Kansal were also present on the occasion.
