Srinagar, Oct 20: Independent candidates have won all 13 wards of Handwara municipal body in the recently-concluded polls for local bodies.
An official said on Saturday that all seven wards which had gone for polls were won by Independent candidates.
In rest of six wards, Independent candidates were declared without any contest.
