Jammu, Oct 19: A pedestrian died after being hit by a car on the national highway near Hatli Morh in Kathua district, police said Friday.
Jagdish Raj was seriously injured after he was hit by Vinod Kumar’s vehicle Thursday evening, they said.
Raj was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to injuries, they said, adding police have registered a case against the accused and seized his vehicle.
The accused was apprehended later, they said.
