Srinagar, Oct 15: Class-work will remain suspended Tuesday in all higher secondary schools and colleges of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district except Keran, Karnah and Machhil areas.
“The district administration Kupwara has decided to suspend class-work on 16th October in all Hr Sec Schools/Colleges of the District except Keran, Karnah and Machil areas as a precautionary measure,” said an order, issued today.
Class-work has remained suspended in all schools and colleges of the district since Friday following the killing of militant commander Manan Wani in a gunfight with the government forces.
