Sopore: Security forces on Sunday launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) after gunshots were heard in Seelu area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports said few gunshots were heard in Seelu area after which a joint team of Jammu and Kashmir police’s Special Operation Group (SOG) and army cordoned off the area.
A police official said that a police team has been deputed to the site and that they were verifying the incident.
