CS, Administrative Secretaries bid adieu to R K Bhagat

SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 28: A simple but impressive function was organized at Civil Secretariat here to bid adieu to Raj Kumar Bhagat (IAS), Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Tribal Affairs Department on his attaining superannuation. Bhagat was also holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department.

Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, Administrative Secretaries and senior officers participated in the function.
