Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday identified the second militant killed in a gunfight with the government forces in Tujjar village of north Kashmir’s Sopore town as top LeT commander.
A police spokesperson in a statement said that apropos to our earlier press release regarding Sopore encounter, it is further informed that the other killed militant has been identified as Abu Maaz the top commander of LeT in North Kashmir.
Earlier, one of the two slain militants in the gunfight was identified as Abdul Majeed Mir @ Sameer son of Bashir Ahmad Mir a resident of Tujar-Sharief Bomai Sopore.
