Ganderbal Sep 25: A family from Hayan Kangan approached police with a claim that one among the five militants killed in Bandipora last week was their kin.
Ghulam Nabi Tedwa Resident of  Kralkhen Hayan Palpora Kangan  approached the police claiming that one among the slain militant  Parvaiz Ahmad Tedaw alias Abu Mayiwa was their kin.
Rafiq Ahmad Tadwa son of Ghulam Nabi Tadwa said,”One of the slain militant  is  my brother.He was missing from home since 2003.”
When contacted SSP Ganderbal Mohammad Khalil Poswal, he said, “A family has approached us and they claim that one of the slain militant is their kin.I have told them to approach SSP Bandipora.”
When contact SSP Bandipora, he said, “As of now nobody has approached me. If anybody have any claims they can approach us. We will ascertain the facts.”
