Srinagar: Funeral prayers in absentia for those killed in Qazigund and Kulgam was today held at Lal Chowk. Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik along with Noor Muhammad Kalwal, Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri and others participated in the prayers.
A JKLF spokesman, in a statement issued today, said that the call for today’s program was given by Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) and people in large numbers participated in the program.
“JKLF chairman on the occasion prayed for the heavenly abode of martyrs and expressed solidarity with their bereaved families,” said the statement.
