JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 09: Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, Dr Nirmal Singh today called upon the youth to generously donate blood for saving precious lives. He stated this after inaugurating a blood donation camp held at Government Medical College, Jammu here today.
Dr Singh applauded the enthusiasm of the donors and said that such initiatives helps in saving many lives. He further asked the younger generation to come forward and contribute towards social cause like blood donation.
The Speaker also appreciated the administration of GMC Jammu and Honorary Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) Jammu, Dinesh Gupta besides members of organizing group and IRCS for holding such camp.
The camp was organized by Punjab Kesari Group (in the memory of the founder of the group Lala Jagat Narayan) in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu region.
