Affarwat-XI beats Sunshine Gutiyar by 1 run

Baramulla: In the ongoing North Kashmir Cricket Championship Baramulla being layed at different venues of North Kashmir. Amberpora Affarwat-XI won the toss and opted to bat first while losing the wickets in a regular intervals and managed to score 95 runs with the splendid and unbeaten innings of Yaqoob with 32 runs in the allotted 20 overs.

Ashiq also added 15 runs for Affarwat-XI.

Showkat and Hilal were top performers for Sunshine Gutiyar in the bowling department and took 3 wickets each.

In reply, Sunshine Gutiyar also loses the wickets in the regular intervals and was bundled out for 94 run thus loss the match by 1 run. Ajaz was the highest scorer for Sunshine Gutiyar with 21 runs. Affarwat-XI bowlers held their nerves and bold splendidly with good line and length. Amin scalped 3 important wickets while Showkat and Yaqoob took 2 wickets each and Latief took 1 wicket for Affarwat-XI.

Yaqoob was declared player of the match for his all-round performance.
