DDC Bandipora flags off 50 students for Bharat Darshan Tour

BANDIPORA, SEPTEMBER 05: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Bandipora, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary today morning flagged off a group of 50 students representing all blocks of the district including Gurez,Tulial, Hajin and Sumbal for a Bharat Darshan Tour.

SSP Bandipora Shiekh Zulfkar Azad, and Officers of Education and YSS were present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, the DDC stressed upon the students to take full advantage of the tour and make utmost efforts to share their experiences with the fellow students. He also exhorted upon them to be sincere with their studies and make better career for themselves.

SSP while addressing the students said that all boarding, lodging, to and fro air ticket and other logistic facilities are being provided by Jammu & Kashmir Police to facilitate students to visit various places in Delhi and Agra. He said the tour will be of five days.

All the 50 Students were provided special uniform track suites and capes before boarding the police bus for the tour. The students’ group is headed/escorted by DSP DAR Abdul Rashid Khan.
