New Delhi: The Supreme court of India on Monday adjourned a fresh plea seeking abrogation of Article 35A of Indian constitution following adjourment request by the petitioner.
The fresh petition has been filed by lawyer and BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay.
The main hearing in the case is likely to be heard on August 31.
