KARGIL, AUGUST 10: Deputy Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer LAHDC Kargil Vikas Kundal today visited Kharee Sultan Choo Sports Stadium to inspect the arrangements for forthcoming Independence Day 2018.  He directed concerned officers to ensure necessary security and other arrangements for the national event.
