SRINAGAR, AUGUST 06- The Higher Education Department has condoled the demise of Prof. Naresh Gupta, Dean of Social Science in Cluster University Jammu.
The officer and officials of Higher Education Department led by Commissioner Secretary Sarita Chauhan observed two minute silence and prayed to the Almighty to give peace to departed souls.
The Prof. Gupta started his career in Education Department as Assistant Professor in Political Science and he had served as Principal in Government Degree College Bani and Hiranagar also.
The Commissioner/Secretary HED appreciated the role of Late Prof. Naresh Gupta as a dedicated teacher and academician who worked with dedication and enthusiast.
The department further expressed to extend full support and assistance in early settlement of service matter of Prof Gupta to provide solace to the family in difficult times.
