Malik’s remand extended till 13 July

Srinagar: Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik has expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the demise of his family member Ghulam Ahmad Sheikh who breathed his last yesterday. Deceased was the father of Meraj-ud-din Sheikh (Dina) of Maisuma Srinagar.

In a statement issued here today, a JKLF spokesman said that while recalling the persona of deceased Ghulam Ahmad Sheikh, JKLF chairman said that he was like an affectionate father who endured torture and hardships during resistance camp but never complained of these hardship or difficulties.

Meanwhile JKLF chairman has also expressed his heartfelt grief over the demise of the mother of a senior resistance lover Manzoor Ahmad Khan of Batamaloo. JKLF chairman expressed condolences with the bereaved family and prayed for her heavenly abode.
