Srinagar, Jul 10: A youth missing from his home since June 24 in Charar-e-Sharif area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district was found dead today morning.
Reports said the body of Sameer Ahmad Dar (24), a resident of Watkaloo village, was fished out from Yousmarg dam today morning.
His body has been sent for post-mortem, said an official.
The family of the deceased had filed a missing report with the police on June 27.
“Police has already initiated the legal action and the matter is being investigated,” police spokesman said in a statement.
