Govt orders transfer, posting of Private Secretaries

SRINAGAR, JULY 10: Government Tuesday ordered transfers and postings of Private Secretaries in various departments.

An order to this effect was issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) here today.

According to the order, Vijay Kumar Kaul, Private Secretary, presently posted in Tribal Affairs Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.

  1. K. Ganjoo, Private Secretary, presently posted in Labour and Employment Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Financial Commissioner, Housing and Urban Development Department.
  2. M. Khan, Private Secretary, presently posted with Administrative Secretary, Technical Education/Youth Services and Sports Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Administrative Secretary, School Education Department.

Rachpal Singh, Private Secretary, presently posted in Social Welfare Department, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Administrative Secretary, Technical Education Department.

Mohammad Yasin Shah, Private Secretary, presently posted in Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department.

Mohammad Rafiq Zullah, Private Secretary, presently posted with Administrative Secretary, School Education Department is transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.

Farooq Ahmad Banday, Private Secretary, presently posted in Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department.

Firdous Ahmad Wani Private Secretary, presently posted in State Information Commission, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary to Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department.
