Srinagar: Social studies paper of Class 8th for T1 examination scheduled on 7th July postponed in Kashmir Division including Leh and Kargil, said State Media Centre, State Institute of Education, Kashmir in a statement on Friday.

“All the papers of Term 1st examination of Class 8th in Kashmir Division scheduled to be held on 7th July 2018 are hereby postponed including Leh and Kargil,” the statement quoted Director School Education Kashmir Dr. G.N. Itooon as saying.

The statement further stated that the papers scheduled on 8th July 2018 are also postponed excluding Leh and Kargil where it shall be held as per schedule.

Meanwhile,  DSEK in its statement also stated that the new dates for all those papers which were postponed earlier shall be notified very soon.
