“Purely political and peaceful movement as recognized in UN charter  is being negated and denied with muscular policy and by resorting to military might,” added the statement.

“JRL vehemently  supported the families of martyrs for returning the mortal remains for burial as per religious rituals,” added the statement.

Paying rich tributes to slain youth Mudasir Ahmad Wani (Barzalla)  and Nisar Ahmad Bhat (Shangus), JRL said that the grieved families are anxiously waiting to receive their dead bodies for last glimpse.

“JRL demanded unbiased intervention of UN to resolve the long pending issue in the larger interest of peaceful and prosperous sub-continent,” the statement further said.
