District administration Bla organizes orientation cum training programme for 2018 Haj pilgrims

Baramulla, June 26:  The 2nd phase of orientation cum training programme for Haj pilgrims 2018 was organized by district administration Baramulla in collaboration with J&K State Haj Committee at Markazi Masjid  Baitul Mukaram Baramulla here today .

400 aspiring Hajis participated in the training imparted by the experts from Haj committee, besides resource persons from the district were also present during the orientation session.

On the occasion Senior Hajj Trainer, Mohammad Sultan Hajam congratulated the prospective Hajis and assured them all support from the district administration in order to make their pilgrimage smooth and hassle free.

During the orientation session, lectures were delivered by various Hajj committee designated trainers on Mansik-e-Haj, Umarh and Ziarat-e-Madina Munawara, besides giving other important instructions.

Booklets having Haj related information were also distributed among the Hajis.

State Hajj Committee officials presented at Baramulla told ‘Kashmir Images’ that 1200 Hajis from Baramulla district are performing hajj this year and a three day training program was organized in this regard which started from 25th June and the same will continue till Wednesday 27 June, 2018.

Meanwhile, special refreshments were distributed among the Hajis by the state Haj committee.
