Khansahib, June 23: Thousands of people on Saturday celebrated annual three-day Urs of Hazrat Syed Soleh in Budgam district’s Khansahib area.
Devotees hailing from different places paid obeisance at the shrine of revered saint Syed Soleh and observed prayers.
A group of people while recalling the contribution of Syed Soleh said that he (Soleh) was a pious human being who played an eminent role in spreading the teachings of Prophet (PBUH).
They said that people here prayed for the peace and prosperity in the Valley.
The celebrations which began on Thursday concluded on Saturday.
