Dir inspects subordinate offices at Agriculture Complex

JAMMU, JUNE 23 – Director Agriculture, Jammu H.K Razdan today visited Subordinate Offices of the Agriculture Complex to check the punctuality and attendance of the staff.

The Director inspected various officers including Vegetable Improvement Scheme, Jammu, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Office, Marh, Seed Analyst, Jammu, Assistant Entomologist, Jammu, Joint Director, State Land Use Board, Jammu Assistant Agrostologist, Jammu, Divisional Soil Survey Officer, Jammu, Assistant Soil Chemist, Jammu, Assistant Agriculture Chemist, Jammu and Agriculture Chemist Jammu.

The officers/officials were instructed to immediately install biometric attendance devices so that the online monitoring of the staff is ensured. The late arriving staff members were warned of strict action and were asked to reach office on time maintaining punctuality and discipline in future.

Razdan also instructed the Section Heads to ensure cleanliness within and outside office buildings and removal of weeds near entrance and along the paths outside. He also directed the officers not to leave the station without prior permission and to maintain the movement registers for the tours and field visits.
