Srinagar, Jun 21: The Governor N N Vohra on Thursday ordered transfer of seven top IAS officers including Principle Secretary to outgoing chief minister Rohit Kansal and one KAS officer.

Hilal Ahmad Parrey, officer on special duty in the General Administration Department has been posted as Commissioner Secretary to Government General Administration Department vice Khursheed Ahmad Shah who has been posted as Commissioner Secretary to Government Public Works Department (R&B Department).

Rohit Kansal, Principle Secretary to outgoing Chief Minister has been posted as Principle Secretary Planning, Development and Monitoring Department. He will also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary Hospitality and Protocol, Estates and Civil Aviation. He will also function as Principal Secretary Grievances and dhall supervise the functioning of restructured Grievance Cell of J&K government.

Deeraj Gupta, Principle Secretary (Coordination), Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi has been posted as Chief Executive Officer Shri Matav Vishno Devi Shrine Board. He will also hold the additional charge of Principle Resident Commissioner J&K Government New Delhi.

Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary to Government Public Works (R&B) department is transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner Jammu.

Hemant Kumar Sharma, Divisional Commissioner Jammu is transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary to Government ARI and trainings Department vice Javid Ahmad Panju, IFS, who shall report to the Forest, Ecology and Environment Department.

Syed Sehrish Asgar, awaiting orders of adjustment is posted as Deputy Commissioner Budgam vice Mohammad Haroon.

Mohammad Haroon, KAS, has been posted as Director Command area Development Kashmir against an available vacancy.
