Govt orders transfers in administration

Srinagar, Jun 06: The government on Wednesday ordered several transfers in the State administration.

As per an order issued by General Administration Department, Ravinder Kumar Bhat, Director, Rural Development, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K SC, ST and OBC Development Corporation, against an available vacancy.

Mohammad Mumtaz Ali, Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, has been transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development, Jammu, vice Ravinder Kumar Bhat.

Khalid Majeed, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission and Rakesh Magotra, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, is posted as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections), Jammu.

Tufail Matoo, Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, is transferred and posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, against an available vacancy while as Abdul Rashid War, Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, till further orders.
