Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday posted Tariq Ahmad Zargar as Director information transferring and posting the current director as Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K.
“Munir-ul-Islam, KAS, Director, Information, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K, against an available vacancy,” a government order issued here today read.
The order said Tariq Ahmad Zargar, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Director, Information, J&K, vice Munir-ul-Islam.
Asif Hamid Khan, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department has been asked to look after the work of Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, till further orders, another order issued by the government read.
It further read that Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, KAS, Director General, Youth Services and Sports, J&K, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, till further orders.
