Srinagar, May 31: Continuing its major succession planning exercise, J&K Bank today elevated two of its Presidents Pushap Kumar Tickoo and Rajesh Kumar Chibber to the level of Executive President (EP).

Besides, the bank also promoted 764 Associate Executives to Executive cadre and 69 Banking Attendants to the post of Assistant Banking Associate.

Notably, only a couple of days ago, the bank elevated ten of its Vice Presidents to the level of President and eight Assistant Vice-Presidents were promoted as Vice Presidents.

Congratulating the officers on the occasion, Chairman and CEO Parvez Ahmed said, “Today we have a completely new senior management team at the corporate headquarters. The team comprises of the senior officers who have worked tirelessly in making this institution stronger and efficient at different levels. However, the banking industry is faced with a myriad of challenges and demands the matching vision and energy from the leadership not only to stay in the race but to remain ahead of our peers.”

“Our human resource, as of now, is the finest blende possible of energy and experience, aspirations and understanding, skills and knowledge. We have an exceptionally talented manpower at the entry and middle level who joined the bank with great aspirations and energy; it is our responsibility to channelize these aspirations and energies in the right direction”, he added.
