Srinagar: Unidentified militants snatched three rifles from police personnel in Dalgate area of Srinagar on Thursday evening.
Sources said that nearly four militants snatched three rifles from policemen posted at Hotel Hill Skirt, Dalgate that houses Move Employees of the state government.
After snatching the rifles, the militants fled on two motorcycles and stopped in the vicinity near old SSL building and raised Hizbul Mujahideen slogans, some witnesses said.
Sources said that top officers of police and other security agencies have rushed to the spot.
