Dr Farooq, Omar condole demise of Sagar’s brother-in-law

Srinagar May 16, 2018: National Conference President and member Parliament of Srinagar Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Working President Omar Abdullah on Saturday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Sajad Ahmad Kawa, brother-in-law of party General Secretary Haji Ali Mohammad Sagar.

Sajad Ahmad passed away in the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday at SMHS after a brief illness.

Both leaders paid glowing tributes to the departed soul and prayed that Almighty grants strength to the family to bear this inconsolable loss. In his condolence message, Dr. Farooq Abdullah extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.

Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, party Working President Omar Abdullah prayed for peace to the departed soul. He participated in Nimaz e Jinaza prayers and was accompanied by party provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani.

The deceased was also the maternal uncle of YNC provincial president Salman Ali Sagar and party’s Additional Provincial Spokesperson Sara Hayat Shah.

Additional General Secretary Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Vice President Chaudhary Muhammad Ramzan, senior leaders AR Rather, Mohammad Akbar Lone, Mian Altaf, Mubarak Gul, Sakina Itoo, Shameema Firdous, Mir Saifullah, Aga Ruhullah, Ali Mohammad Dar, Qaiser Jamsheed Lone, Mohammad Syed Akhoon, Altaf Kaloo, Adv Ab Majeed Bhat (Larmi), Dr Bashir Ah Veeri, Peer Afaq Ahmad, Irfan Shah, Ghulam Mohiuddin Mir, Dr Shafi, Tanvir Sadiq, Showkat Mir, Mushtaq Guroo, Junaid Azim Mattu, Imran Nabi Dar, Mudassir Shahmiri, Younus Gul, Ahsan Pardesi and scores of other party workers expressed condolences with the bereaved family.
