SRINAGAR, MAY 15: Abhinav Kumar, IG Frontier HQ BSF, Srinagar, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan today.
Kumar briefed Governor about some of the current issues relating to BSF’s operations in Kashmir and about the likely pattern of the emerging security scenario.
Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Peace Foundation (J&KPF), also met Governor at the Raj Bhavan.
Bhat apprised Governor about the activities being carried out by the J&K Peace Foundation for bringing peace and harmonious co-existence in all the regions of the State.
Governor urged Bhat to continue the Foundation’s endeavours to restore normalcy in J&K.
