Sopore: In the ongoing Sopore Super League (SPL), RCC Srinagar locked horns with Rising Star Baramulla Thursday at Amberpora sports field.

Rising Star Baramulla (RSB) elected to bat first after winning the toss. Jibran (48), Ubaid (46) and Tariq (39) played key knocks as RSB posted modest 213 runs in allotted 35 overs while as Asrar of RCC Srinagar scalped 2 wickets.

RCC Srinagar chased the target and lost 9 wickets in the run-chase with 6 overs to spare.  For RCC Srinagar, Noman (52)and Momin (67*) remained the top-scorers. Umar bagged 4 wickets while as Atif picked a couple of wickets for RSB. Momin for his match-winning unbeaten 67 runs was adjudged as man of the match.
