Srinagar, Apr 29: Police on Sunday carried out searches simultaneously at four places in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
“Pursuing leads in the investigation of a case pertaining to subversive activities, police after obtaining search warrants from the competent court carried out searches at four places simultaneously in Budgam district,” police spokesman said in a statement here.
“During searches, incriminating material including laptop, tablet, smart phones, documents, letters, bank passbooks, cash-books, video camera and cassettes were seized,” he said.
All legal formalities have been fulfilled in presence of magistrate and independent witnesses. Further investigation in the instant case is going on, spokesman said.
