Srinagar: National Conference working president Omar Abdullah has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Kashmir born British judge Khurshid Hasan Drabu, who after suffering a heart attack passed away on Saturday morning at Southampton General Hospital in London.
Khurshid Hasan Drabu was the cousin of Party spokesman Junaid Azim Mattu, and the grandson of Khwaja Ghulam Ahmed Ashai.
Expressing solidarity with the family in this moment of grief, the NC Working President conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
NC General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar, NC Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Political Secretary to working president Tanvir Sadiq and Youth provincial president Salman Sagar have also expressed grief over the demise of Khurshid Hasan Drabu and have prayed for peace to the departed soul.
