Pulwama, April 17:In first of its kind, Pulwama is all set to host a mega cricket league which is presumed to commence in last week of April 2018. The mega league has been named as ‘Saffron Premier League’ and will be played at Sports Stadium Pulwama.
The league is first of its kind and some never-seen-features will be a part of the league which will include:
- Matches will be telecasted Live on TV and Internet broadcasting will also be available
- Commentary during live matches will be available in English,Urdu &Kashmiri
- The League will have official website which will reflect live scores &status of the players
- Players will be provided medical facilities if needed
- The price money of the league is set as Rs. 2 lakhs while the runner up team will get Rs. 60,000
“We want to connect people with heritage, environment & cricket”,said Dr. Rouf-Ur-Rafiq(Chairman of this league).
