Srinagar, 16 Apr 2018: Continuing with its Drug De-addiction Campaign for the youth of the Valley, a lecture on Drug De-addiction was conducted by the Army on 15 April 2018 at Koragbal village to generate awareness about the harmful effects of drug addiction on physical, mental and economical well being of an individual.

According to the statement issued here by the Army spokesman, the Army Doctor started the lecture with an introduction to Drugs and its types, addiction and symptoms. Thereafter, he covered the harmful and terminal effects of Drug abuse and finally, how Drug addiction is ruining the youth of our country and leading them into a dark and inimical world was touched upon.
