Mission of martyrs is a precious treasure: Malik

SRINAGAR: JKLF Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik today said “the mission of martyrs is a precious treasure of oppressed Kashmiri nation.”

In a statement issued here, Malik said, “We will leave no stone unturned to fulfill the mission of martyrs.”

Yasin who was presiding over a condolence meeting held for Late Mir Ahmad Mirpor who died recently in Azad Kashmir. The condolence meeting was attended by JKLF senior leaders and activists.

While recalling the struggle and sacrifices of Late Mir Ahmad who was a close associate of Muhammad Maqbool Butt, JKLF chairman said that his death has marked the closure of a glorious page of resistance and “we pray for his heavenly abode”.

During the meeting, JKLF remembered sacrifices of Ishfaq Majeed Wani, Doctor Abdul Ahad Guru, Advocate Jalil Indrabi and Syed Shabir Ahmad Sidiqi.

“The nation is indebted to these great martyrs and we will leave no stone unturned in order to fulfill their sacred mission,” Malik said.
