Srinagar,March26: Militants on Monday attacked army’s patrolling party in Kachdora area of Shopian district.
Official sources told News agency GNS that a group of militants opened fire upon army’s 34 RR near BSNL tower in Kachdoora area. The soliders retaliated, however there was no immediate report of any casualty on either side.
When contacted SSP Shopian Shri Ram Ambarkar confirmed the incident and said that police is verifying the details.
