Governor, CM greet people on Ramanavami

JAMMU, MARCH 24: Governor N. N. Vohra has felicitated people on Ramanavami and prayed that this auspicious occasion would be the harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State.

In his message of felicitations, Governor has observed that the celebration of festivals, which are an important part of our glorious heritage, strengthens communal harmony and brotherhood and reinvigorates the secular ethos.

Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has greeted people of the State on the occasion of Ramanavami. She hoped the occasion would be the harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State.

The Chief Minister said Jammu & Kashmir takes pride in its multi religious and multicultural ethos which has given it a special place in the country.

The Chief Minister has prayed for peace and the well-being of the people of the State.
