Jammu Printers Association celebrates 37th year of inception

JAMMU, MARCH 19: Jammu Printers Association (Regd) organized a programme to mark 37th year of its inception in which Speaker Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta was the chief guest.

Ex-President AIFMP, Kamal Chopra, was the guest of honour on the occasion.

Vice President North, Mohinder Singh, Treasurer AIFMP, Ashwani Gupta and Sohail Kazmi eminent journalist and member JPA were present on the occasion.

The programme started with technical session by Prof. Chopra highlighting the problems being faced by the printers and brainstorming session to find viable solutions to them.

While addressing the gathering, Kavinder Gupta dwelt on the importance of printing in our day to day life and also shared his experiences.

Another unique feature was honoring 4 children of printers for excellence in diverse fields. It was after a gap of 7 years that spouses of printers were have attended the function.

Former President, Adarsh Pal Gupta also spoke on the occasion  and appreciated former presidents, office bearers of the association and the sponsors of the event.
