Srinagar, March 11: Kulgam police has arrested a drug peddler and recovered 22 Kilograms of cannabis powder from his possession.
A police spokesman said that acting on an information, Kulgam police laid a naka at Nagbal Frisal, in the jurisdiction of Police Post Frisal. During checking, 22 Kilograms of cannabis powder was recovered from the possession of one Abdul Gani Ganie son of Ghulam Mohammad Ganie resident of Frisal.
A case was registered against him in Police Station Yaripora and investigation was taken up.
