Women Safety App available free on Google Play Store

JAMMU, MARCH 10: J&K police has launched Women Safety app to help the women in need. The App was inaugurated by the First lady of the State Mrs. Usha Vohra at a function held at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium University of Jammu on the eve of International Women’s Day on March 8, 2018.

The app with different features is an initiative by J&K police to respond to the complaints and requests of the women in need of help. The application can be down loaded free of cost at htt://play.google.com/store/apps/details? id=in.net.nic.klpwomensafety and once any user presses the help button of the App, the police will connect it with dial 100  and the police assistance will rush to the location. The App users are requested to keep the option location open so that the person seeking help is located easily.
