Srinagar: A Special Police Officer (SPO) was injured in Zainapora area of Shopian district in the southern part of Kashmir due to an accidental fire from his own service rifle, reports said.
The cop was identified as SPO Mohammad Amir of Babapora Shopian.
He was immediately rushed to a hospital.
